Recent techinology in garment printing has enabled us to offer direct to garment prints onto substrates. More recently the introduction of white inks with machines has meant that full colour aplications can be made onto black and dark coloured garments.
The process is evolving rapidly and large improvements are increasing the scope of applications we can apply DTG processes to.
Although there are no screens to apply the process loses its appeal when large volumes are processed as digital media and screen printing may become more cost effective.
Direct to garment is best suited to cotton and polycotton substrates and can be applied over seams , zips and cover larger areas than digital media.
